Riverdale will soon return to continue its explosive sixth season on Netflix UK. The most recent series of episodes included the highly anticipated crossover with The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Sabrina Spellman (Kiernan Shipka) appeared in Riverdale’s spooky new Season 6 trailer before visiting Cheryl Blossom (Madelaine Putsch) after unleashing an age-old family curse on the town. Cliffhangers and a 1950s-inspired aesthetic Actor Mark Consuelo’s left the series last season after his character Hiram Lodge was banned from Riverdale as punishment for his crimes.

“After everything Hiram has done with virtually every character on the show over the seasons, it felt like Hiram’s story needed to end in a great, Shakespearean-esque way,” he told Deadline. “So, we thought, ‘What are the punishments in Shakespeare’s plays? The that stored developing have been execution and exile. Since this collection is the epic tale of a metropolis, the concept of the complete metropolis banding collectively to exile the villain that has tormented them for years felt proper and satisfying.

The CW previously announced that the sixth season would start in the fall with five special episodes, with the remaining sixth episodes still being aired. In season six, Kiernan Shipka, aka Sabrina, will appear in one episode in a highly anticipated crossover with Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. that this is finally happening as part of our special Riverdale event. It’s also perfect that he shows up to help Cheryl Blossom in her hour of need. Everyone on the set went insane; I think the fans, too. It’s very funny and special.

Riverdale Season 6 returns on Netflix on Monday, March 21, 2022. Riverdale season 6 premiered its five-episode event on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, on The CW.
