They can quickly get back to the drawing board to bring Season 2 to life. With all that said, we could expect Season 2 to arrive on Netflix in early 2024. If there are any changes or updates to the show’s second-season announcement, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Woman of the Dead Season 2 Plot

The second feature of Woman of the Dead is that it is the first of three books in a trilogy. The other two books translated into English are House of the Dead and Ecstasy of the Dead. So if you take those two things into account, Season 2 could be very enticing. for Netflix.

Another interesting tidbit while researching was that writer Bernhard Aichner said he hopes both his second and third books will come to life as a series. With his openness to the idea, it could work in the show’s favor. The synopsis for “Totenhaus” states that two heads and four legs were found in a coffin during an exhumation in an Innsbruck cemetery. It quickly becomes clear that it must be a crime if the body parts of an actor who disappeared without a trace a year ago are found here. The undertaker who cared for and buried the deceased at the time. There is no doubt that Brünhilde Blum killed the actor. But she was swallowed up by the face of the earth… So we have season two for Blum to explore not just as a suspect in the crimes, but as someone on the run. It would be a lot of fun to figure out how it would change all of that.
