According to the following promo for what’s to come, Tennant and the rest of the team solve a case that begins with a sunken plane and then the discovery of bags of drugs on board. That’s enough to cause some serious trouble across the state, and it conveys some of the urgency you’d expect from the team. Expect an exciting ride from start to finish, and it may require many team members to work together to ensure they get results. Luckily, has proven itself at this point; We don’t have too many concerns about what they can bring to the table.

Since we also know what we’re doing with this show, it’s pretty fair to assume that we’ll also get a chance to see at least one personal story here – we’ve seen a lot of movement with Lucy and Whistler lately, So is there a good chance this will continue? We certainly tend to think that way. This relationship is at the heart of the show and also provides opportunities to see different offices working together. Anything we can see that expands the universe pleases us more than that. Now let’s move on and hopefully, there’s a chance we’ll get at least a few more stories before we go on winter break; There’s plenty to celebrate in the new year in the form of a three-part crossover event! Look forward to it in advance.
