As our heroes watch, Kyle (Christine Elise) wonders if the killer’s life has begun to flash before his eyes. The answer is yes (sort of): we remember Chucky’s first therapy session with a young mixer in the ’60s. As it turns out, she encouraged his murderous tendencies for decades, even convincing him to kill Junior  Devon’s mother to corrupt Hackensack’s youth. But here’s the thing: These glimpses are not of Chucky’s life. While the group was dealing with  Sister Catherine’s (Andrea Carter) entire hostage situation in the chapel, the wily Charles Lee Ray switched places with Mixter and left her to die. in her doll body. Head to the therapist’s office and open a hidden safe containing another Good Guy doll. He leaves Mixter’s body and plans to kill those meddling kids once and for all with the world’s quietest chainsaw. With Incarnate Lord shutting down for good after recent events, Jake (Zackary Arthur) and Devon (Björgvin Arnarson) have been sentenced to community service and, in Lexy’s case, to drug addiction meetings. The trio begins to adjust to normal life as a snowy Christmas descends on their hometown. With their parents now deceased, Jake and Devon crash  Lexy’s house, where former Mayor Michelle Cross (Barbara Alyn Woods) is trying to win back public support via social media. Jake and Devon’s relationship is once again on the brink. Devon just wants to spend time with her boyfriend, but Jake insists on going out and buying him podcast equipment even though Devon gave up the hobby a year ago.

The pair later reconcile and kiss under the mistletoe, and Jake admits he didn’t feel good enough for a guy like Devon. After all, he let Chucky manipulate him twice. But emotional wounds are healed as Lexy wonders if they’ll end up like Andy and Kyle, unemployed slackers who wince at the mere sight of a child’s toy. After being shot by Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif) in last week’s episode, Glen (Lachlan Watson) remains in critical condition and will not survive more than a few days in his current comatose state. To save his beloved twin, Glenda (also played by Watson) and  Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly) hatch a plan to transfer Glen’s soul into the Glen/Glenda doll, first introduced in Seed of Chucky. They sneak into the hospital room and Glen fulfills his destiny by murdering the officer guarding the room with defibrillator paddles, his water-soaked head bursting into flames. The plan is a success and both Glen and Glenda become one again. Doll form (Billy Boyd returns as voice). The now-united brothers adopt the name “GG” and decide to cross the pond for a trip to England. Lexy can no longer blame her mother for life’s problems, and Michelle needs to realize that. Your daughter has grown up. Unfortunately, that reconciliation doesn’t last long as Chucky carefully slides down the chimney and cuts the former mayor in half with the aforementioned chainsaw. At the same time, Tiffany sneaks into the house hoping to get her hands on the Belle doll that Dr. Mixter Caroline (Carina London Battrick) gave at the start of the season. He tiptoes into the girl’s room only to see Jake and Devon lurking.

The fake actress gets stabbed multiple times, but Jake refuses to go through with it and insists they call the police. Before they can contact the police, a confused Caroline allows herself to be taken hostage, claiming that Tiffany is her real mother. She and Mrs. Valentine say goodbye and the authorities are called to the Cross residence. Biology teacher Miss Fairchild (Annie M. Briggs) shows up to take custody of the three orphans, and luckily he thinks Chucky was behind it. Remember: it was she who was blamed for Chucky’s misdeeds last season. at a  Times Square hotel, where the former changes her hairdo. Nica, who lives in a room across the street, calls Tiffany to apologize for accidentally shooting Glenda last week. However, Nica’s desire for revenge lives on and she vows to give Mrs. Valentine, a slow and painful death. A desperate Tiffany attempts to transfer her soul into  Belle doll, only to find that she has already been kidnapped… by a knife-wielding Chucky!
